Cindy Payne is the owner/distributor of Advertising U Promotions in Pulaski. She has her certification from Advertising Specialty Institute and has now been in the industry 18 years.

Advertising U Promotions is a primary source of promotional products and apparel for all types of businesses and government agencies. “We have many years of experience in helping you effectively market your business or organization.”

Originally, from Syracuse, New York, she has lived in Tennessee for 30
Years. In the spring of 1992, she moved to Giles County and started her own business. She is married to Robert E. Payne, an engineer at Goodman in Fayetteville with one stepson, Wesley who is a student at MTSU and employee of SunTrust Bank in Murfreesboro.

Payne is a member of Giles County Chamber of Commerce (past board of director & ambassador); Giles County Leadership Foundation and Alumni Association; Served on Advisory Board for Giles County/TN Valley Branch Better Business Bureau, Member of Pulaski Rotary and volunteer work in various community events. Hobbies: Boating at Tim’s Ford Lake, investment club, vacations with family & long walks with “Maddie” her Westie. Cindy is in her third year as a Tourism Board Member.
